The Casechek Tray App provides vendors with a centralized platform to manage their case schedules, hospital support requests, and loaner inventory effectively.

Getting Started as a Vendor

  • Only vendors operating within Casechek client hospitals can access the mobile app. If your work involves a Casechek client hospital, please liaise with your facility's case coordinator for detailed information.
  • To begin using the Tray App, click on the Sign Up option upon entering the application. Fill in the required details, register under a vendor company, and complete the sign-up process. Confirm your account via email to access the app, receive case requests, and start managing tasks.
  • To add hospitals you support, search for the facility by clicking on the H button located in the upper-right corner of the app before engaging in case requests. Further instructions can be found under the More tab within the app.
