Casechek offers a solution for implant vendors to efficiently coordinate support services with hospitals and gain better visibility over inventory management. The streamlined case coordination and loaner tray tracking system ensures that trays are prepared and available for surgical procedures.

The Casechek Tray App provides vendors with a centralized platform to manage their case schedules, hospital support requests, and loaner inventory effectively.

Getting Started as a Vendor

• Only vendors operating within Casechek client hospitals can access the mobile app. If your work involves a Casechek client hospital, please liaise with your facility's case coordinator for detailed information.
• To begin using the Tray App, click on the Sign Up option upon entering the application. Fill in the required details, register under a vendor company, and complete the sign-up process. Confirm your account via email to access the app, receive case requests, and start managing tasks.
• To add hospitals you support, search for the facility by clicking on the H button located in the upper-right corner of the app before engaging in case requests. Further instructions can be found under the More tab within the app.
